Hardware and other requirements

All AQPack programs are written to run under DOS, version 3.3 or later. All programs were tested in DOS environment under Windows, Windows 95 and Windows NT without additional requirements.

All AQPack parts can be run on any PC from AT 286 higher. Size of the simulated problem is limited by amount of available computer RAM and by 20 layers and 10000 elements and nodes in each layer.

Programs can print on matrix printers compatible with Epson and IBM Proprinter standards, laser printers LaserJet compatible. Colour printing can be done offline. Plotting is possible on all HPGL compatible plotters, including coordinates switching and extended paper formats. Export to WMF, BMP, HPGL and DXF formats available. Import form Surfer and DXF.

Utility for mass balance calculations

You can simply define sets of nodes in which the mass balance will be calculated. Sources, sinks inflows and outflows through all boundaries are calculated.

Utility for plotting Head x Time or Concentration x Time graphs

Using this utility you can quickly see, how the piesometric head or concentration in specified nodes changes in time.

Utility for plotting Heads or Concentrations on defined section

Especially in multilayered simulation is very useful to see heads along defined line.

Utility for comparison of measured data with computed values across time steps

This utility has the same possibilities as the Utility for plotting Head x Time graphs for external data input.

DXF Codepage conversion utility

This utility converts text inside DXF files from codepages 852 (Latin II) and 896 (Kamenicky) to Windows codepage 1250 (EE). Useful for Czech users.

Utility for conversion to GS grid file

This utility produce Golden Graphic's Surfer grid file from computed data. Data deformation due Surfer gridding process is eliminated.
